SG will display all your incoming comments in one easy-to-use dashboard, allowing you to filter down to specific posts if you like. Manage your comments across multiple channels without needing to switch between posts and accounts on the IG app.

Automatically delete or hide comments based on keyword or phrase

You can set a custom rule to match the contents of the comment or the username of the commenter. If flagged your custom action will be applied within seconds of the comment being made. You can also manually moderate comments through the dashboard.

Reply to comments

Reply to comments across all your posts and channels in one easy-to-use dashboard. You can also set auto-replies, perfect for giving warnings such as "Your comment has been hidden because you've broken our community guidelines".

Receive notifications to your email

Make sure important comments don't get hidden by receiving notifications to your email. Flag customer complaints, support issues, or general questions with keywords and phrases such as "I need help", or issue with my order".

Block Users

Blocking users will cause all their incoming comments to be deleted instantly - Note: Instagram currently does not allow us to fully block these users on IG, once their API adds this functionality we will extend the block feature to also block their account on IG.

User Sentiment Analysis & Bot Detection

Every 5 minutes, a job will run through your new comments and analyze them for both sentiment and bot detection. SocialGuard will allow you to delete comments based on bot score, this feature is currently in beta and will be released in Q1 '24.
