Please ensure your account type contains extra seats, otherwise, the guide below will not work. Contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

To add additional users to your company, first log in with your main administrator account, then visit the Account Management page at: https://www.socialguard.co/dashboard/settings/users

Now click the New User button, a popup should appear asking you for the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address of the new user.

Once you submit the form, the new user will receive an email with their temporary password:

After they log in, they can update their password on the Edit Profile page: https://www.socialguard.co/dashboard/profile
