Account Deletion

Before proceeding: Please make sure you are logged into your Admin account, otherwise, you will not be able to manage your account settings.

We're sorry to see you go, if there's anything we can do to make SocialGuard better for you please don't hesitate to reach out at hello@socialguard.co

To delete your account, visit the company settings page at:

Once on the page, scroll down to the bottom section named Deactivate Account:

Note: This action is irreversible, once you delete your account all links and data will be deleted. Invoice history will be kept for 6 years, if you require a copy at any point please contact us at billing@socialguard.co

Once you select the checkbox confirming the deletion, and click Delete Account, the following things will happen

  1. Your subscription to SocialGuard will be canceled, and your customer profile will be deleted - including your payment method

  2. All user accounts under your SocialGuard company will be deleted

  3. Your company profile will be deleted
