💳Tier Management
Before proceeding: Please make sure you are logged into your Admin account, otherwise, you will not be able to manage your account settings.
Payments are facilitated by our parent company UGO Media Inc. through our payment vendor Stripe Inc.

During your initial signup, your account will be created under the Free Tier. This will remain free forever, and you can revert back to a free account at any time from a paid tier.
To change your tier, first visit your account settings page: https://www.socialguard.co/dashboard/company
To upgrade to a paid tier, you will have to first input your billing address
Once your billing address has been entered, scroll down to the Account Type section and click the tier you'd like to change to:
Once you click the tier you'd like to change to, a popup will appear to confirm your selection. If everything looks right click the Update Account button
After submitting, you will be redirected to our payment processor Stripe to confirm your details.
If you've selected a free tier, you will not have to input any billing info, it will just ask for your confirmation
If you've selected a paid tier, you will be asked to input your payment information. We do not store your payment information. Stripe handles your payment information with security in mind with best market practices. Learn more about Stripe's security here: https://stripe.com/docs/security
By submitting your payment info you are subscribing to a monthly recurring payment for the selected tier. You can cancel at any time by reverting your account back to the free tier.
You can also cancel your subscription, manage your tier, and access billing history by clicking the Manage Account button on the Settings page
The Manage Account button will only appear if you've ever upgraded to a paid tier
This will lead you to your billing account portal:
Once you're ready to go back to the platform, click the Return to UGO Media Inc. button
