The security configuration dashboard allows you to:
Enable SocialGuard's spam filter containing 45K spam keywords and phrases
Setup automatic actions on your Instagram comments through custom rules
Automatically block bot comments across all your IG channels
Enabling this feature will trigger all incoming comments to be run through our bot analysis algorithm, powered by OpenAI's GPT-4
If you enable the feature, you will have to define a bot score threshold - the base score is 50/100
If the bot detection flags the comment with a score higher than your threshold, the comment will be automatically deleted or hidden based on your rule selection
You can perform the following actions through custom rules:
Delete a comment
Block the commenter and delete the comment
All future comments by blocked accounts will be deleted within seconds after being published
Hide the comment
Receive a notification
Define a single, or multiple emails to receive an email notification when the custom rule flags a comment
This is helpful for monitoring customer complaints or issues
Respond to the comment
Automatically respond to the comment with a message

Example: if you set the option to Comment, and add the keywords "test" to the custom rule, if any incoming comments message contains the word "test", the rule will be flagged as positive. If you had set the option to Username, the rule will only be flagged if the keyword "test" is contained in the commenter's account name.
