If your account is on the Free Tier, the user sentiment feature is unavailable.

Our User Sentiment analysis job runs every 3-5 minutes.

To view the Sentiment Analysis page visit: https://www.socialguard.co/dashboard/sentiment

This page will display all your posts which contain comments gathered by SocialGuard. By default, all posts will be displayed across all your connected channels. You can perform the following filter actions:

• Filter by IG Account: Filter posts by specific IG account(s)

• Filter by Sentiment: Filter the posts by user sentiment, with the following options available:

  • Positive

  • Neutral

  • Poor

• Filter by date: Select a timeframe to load posts from, this calendar filter applies to the date the post was created.

Below you will see all the loaded posts, applying to the selected filters. Each post contains the following information:

• Post Image: A thumbnail containing the content of the post;

• Account: The IG account username associated with the post;

• Post Date: The date the post was made;

• Caption: The posts caption;

• Sentiment: If the sentiment job has not yet run on any comments made on this post, the sentiment will display as Not Processed. If the sentiment job has run on any comments, you will see the following information:

  • Overall Sentiment: Calculated by averaging the sentiment of each comment analyzed, following one of the following categories:

    • Positive

    • Neutral

    • Poor

  • Comment count: Contains the number of comments per sentiment category.

Lastly, you can view all the comments per this post by clicking the View all comments on this post button in the bottom right of the comment card:

This will redirect you to the comments dashboard with a filter applied to only show the selected post.
