Billing & Subscriptions

Before proceeding: Please make sure you are logged into your Admin account, otherwise, you will not be able to manage your account settings.

Note: The Manage Account button below will only appear if you have subscribed for a paid tier at some point in the past.

You can access your previous invoices, update or cancel your subscription, and edit payment details inside your billing portal, provided through our payment provider Stripe.

To access the billing portal please visit your company settings at:

Then scroll to the Account Type section and click the Manage Account button:

After clicking the button you will be redirected to our billing portal:

Once you've completed your changes, click the Return to UGO Media Inc. button to return back to SocialGuard
